In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the newly built “The Circle”, the urban hub of Zurich Airport, the Hyatt Group has opened two hotels with diametrically opposed styles: in the elegant Hyatt Regency, business and private travellers will find peace and quiet amid the hubbub, while the Hyatt Place – with its modern, urban décor – fosters discovery and exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.

The lighting concept for both hotels was developed in close cooperation with the architectural firm, Kalfopoulos, enabling the creation of a harmonious overall look. Each area of the hotels has its own tailor-made luminaire, emphasising the desired designs and ensuring optimum lighting.
At the Hyatt Regency, particular attention is paid to quality materials and elegance: from the stairwell to the lobby and the rooms, guests are swathed in the glittering glamour of finely-cut glass elements in the lighting fixtures.
In Hyatt Place, the lighting accentuates the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a series of modern and varied luminaires. Exclusive light medallions symbolising all of Switzerland’s coats of arms add an artistic touch to the corridor walls.
