At Reflexion, a great deal of know-how, many years of experience and extensive expertise are bundled under one roof. We maintain an open team structure. Cross-divisional exchange and ongoing training ensure that we don't miss out on the latest developments and technologies. We also attach great importance to internal project presentations and regular design workshops relating to our core competence of light.

Martina Lehr, CEO, has been on the management board since 2012 and Thomas Mika, management / board member, founded Reflexion in 2001. Together with our great team, we are passionately committed to lighting design that combines the aesthetic and atmospheric ideas of the architect and the functional and economic demands of our customers.

Light is life – and our core competence. Would you like to be part of a team that does more than just light up the eyes of our customers with lighting planning and lighting design? Then you have come to the right place. We look forward to receiving your application.
